This innovative drone allows for separate deliveries to four different locations in a single mission, operating autonomously through Skycart's cloud network. With a larger payload and faster speed than its competitors, the Nimbus surpasses the Wingcopter 198, which was introduced as the world's first triple-drop UAV. It boasts a maximum speed of 80 mph, a range of 100 miles, and a top payload capacity of 15 kg. Skycart emphasizes that the four-drop capacity of the Nimbus reduces drone traffic by 75% compared to single-parcel UAVs. Equipped with a patented self-balancing system, the drone ensures stable weight distribution during cargo offloading, offering delivery options such as line, parachute, or direct placement on the ground. Developed with improved aerodynamics, including forward canards, the Nimbus achieves higher speeds with lower emissions, minimizing resistance and the risk of stalling.

Skycart highlights the value of the Nimbus to organizations serving remote communities during health crises, particularly in delivering COVID-19 vaccinations. By bridging communities to major hospitals, the drone facilitates the transportation of medical supplies to smaller facilities, especially in areas with challenging road access. Skycart emphasizes the importance of timely delivery of emergency medical supplies, eliminating expired drugs, vaccine stockouts, and spoilage. The modular design of the Nimbus allows for easy replacement of broken or damaged parts, reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, the drone is equipped with redundant processors, sensors, fail safes, and an emergency recovery system.
