With a redundant mechanical lock, the Skylatch ensures the utmost security and peace of mind. When a payload is attached, all moving parts of the latch automatically lock and can only be unlocked by the same electromechanical system when instructed to release the payload. Starting in mid-2018, the new SkyLatch will be a standard feature in all Cirrus and Stratus drone models.
