Key Accountabililies

Market Development - Identify, research and launch partnership and endorsement contracts with companies to expand market distribution for core products. Evaluate and prioritize prospective partners for growth/margin opportunity, partnership integrity and speed to market. Develop business plans, forecasts, budgets, RFP’s, marketing materials, sales presentations and business models. Motivate, coach and manage business/market development managers and staff.

Growth - Champion the process to grow market penetration in current footprint through improved regulatory rulings that result in improved marketing and sales opportunities. Build solid alliances with regulated affiliates to deliver incremental market penetration and revenues. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. Grow existing partnerships adding more products or service connections/areas and by ensuring that Skycart Inc. provides outstanding services to our partners.

Create a culture of success and deliver bottom line results through individual and team performance; effective planning, goal setting, risk/reward actions, employee coaching, training and accountability, and team work. Define optimal sales force structure.

Create a disciplined process and approach to target prospects and compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and continuously identify improvements where and when required.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

Strong marketing, sales, relationship and management skills (e.g., market development, product development, strategy, marketing plans, meeting sales goals, driving business development team; Excellent verbal and written communication skills (e.g. tact/diplomacy, persuasion, cooperation, negotiation);
